If you wish to reserve the pavilion please submit a deposit check for $100.00 to the Blue Quail Ridge HOA at PO Box 8033, Edmond, Oklahoma 73083 well before your requested date. After the HOA receives your check, you will be notified that your reservation is confirmed, and your event will be placed on the calendar.

Your check will not be cashed by the HOA, but rather will be held until the site is inspected following your event. If the area is fully cleaned up with all trash in the receptacles, no debris left behind, and no damages to the facilities, your deposit will be returned to you. If our management crews charge the HOA for additional clean up resulting from your event, your Security Deposit will be cashed by the HOA. Pictures will be taken to justify the action. You also agree to repair any damage to the facility that occurs during your event.

Reservation Deposit Fee:

Blue Quail Ridge HOA, in the past, requested a Reservation Fee for the private use of the facilities.  This became necessary, since some residents left the site in an unclean condition after their event.

The HOA then instituted a fee, which was to  be returned if the site was clean after the event, and there is no visible trash or damages. Unfortunately, due to recent actions, the HOA has been left with no alternative but to reinstate the fee.
