Residents have joined in an effort to perpetuate the Adult Only Swim by booking a private event on Tuesdays and Fridays until the pool closes after Labor Day weekend.  For a small fee to cover the cost of the lifeguard, adults can still enjoy a leisurely dip in the pool on Tuesdays and Fridays from 11:00 to 1:00.  The last Adult Only Swim will be on September 1st.  Please take advantage of these final few days, and escape the hot summer by enjoying the pool while you still can! ☀️

Edmond schools are back in session starting Thursday, August 17th.  That means our regular open pool hours will be reduced to 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm Tuesday through Friday.  The weekend hours will remain the same through Labor Day.  We’ve had an active pool this summer, and we’re so glad to see so many of our neighbors splashing in the sun! ☀️ Please come join the fun before the season ends!

Congratulations to the Hobbs family on 154th Street for receiving the July Yard of the Month award.  We know it takes constant attention and effort to cultivate such a beautiful lawn and attractive beds.  The HOA thanks you for making our community beautiful!

Did you know you can reserve the pool for private parties after the regular pool hours?  Neighbors gathered Friday evening for a relaxing mix and mingle.  Residents joined together and hosted their own private community event with a minimal entrance fee to cover the costs.  Friday’s float fest was their 2nd evening Adult Swim of the season.  There is already anticipation of a 3rd event in August!  If you’re interested in participating, leave your name and number with the lifeguard, so someone can contact you.
