Reservation Guidelines

Picnic Pavilion Reservation Guidelines:

1. The Blue Quail Ridge Picnic Pavilion can be reserved by homeowners in good standing.

2. A $50.00 deposit is required to reserve the pavilion for a party and it will be returned if the pavilion is left clean.

3. Check the calendar above to see what days and times are available.

4. Use the BQR Sound Off form and tell us what dates and times you wish to reserve.

5. Your request will be reviewed, and you will be notified via e-mail when it is approved. Do not assume that you have the pavilion reserved until you receive the approval e-mail.

6. If you need to change or cancel a reservation, use the BQR Sound Off form to tell us what changes need be made. We will again respond by e-mail.

7. Questions? The HOA board member in charge of reservations, will respond to all questions via the BQR Sound Off form.
